Dr. Bill Bailey, one of our frequent medical volunteers who travels the
world on multiple mission trips in a year, just announced the publication
of
his first book, which logs many of his trips and adventures! During a
medical clinic
in a distant land his team came to him saying that they were running low on
medicines. His response? "But we'll never run out of Jesus!" which is now
the title of the book. Dr. Bill shares how God led him into his awesome
lifestyle of travel and sharing Christ through his chapter, "Halftime". He
is a man with a passion for people, to make sure they have a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ, and, secondly, a healthy body.
If you've ever served on the mission field with Dr. Bailey, you are
probably
mentioned in the book! You've been involved in all of Dr. Bill's medical
mission's to Benin through your prayers. So you, too, are part of what God
has done and of what he writes concerning Benin!
We've had an exceptionally great time with Kevin. God just gave us
exceptional experiences during his stay here-from ministry to AIDS orphans,
serving as the "Claus" family to impoverished families, eating with Taureg
friends, spending a day on Lake Ganvie surveying the villages for
evangelical work, witnessing and praying, going to Burkina Faso together
and
watching two lionesses hunt down a gazelle before our very eyes in Benin's
game park! The time has been so full and rich. It is sad to part ways
once
again. Thank you so much for your prayers for our time together!!
