Dear Prayer Partners,

 

Saturday, February 17, I had the joy of attending the Benin Baptist Women's

General Assembly.

 

Much work needs to be done to grow our women in Christ and to assure the

faithfulness of future generations. Felicitй ANIGBON (ah-knee-bon) is the

national women's president whose goal is to see women's groups established

in each Baptist church along with Acteen and children's groups. During this

year seminars by association are planned to encourage and train women in

these leadership roles.

 

 

 

~Pray for Felicitй, for wisdom and direction to see clearly the ministry

priorities among the women of Benin.

~Pray that the women would see the importance of meeting in their individual

churches for prayer, fellowship and to plan continual

evangelism outreach.

~Pray that the Benin Christian women will carry a burden for the spiritual

lives of the children and teenage girls.

~Pray for the committed involvement of servant leaders and the zealous

participation of teenage girls and children.
