Our electricity was off for 24 hours straight. I think that's a new record. Who gets the trophy?

Our e-mail system hasn't been allowing me to send and sometimes not to receive for days, no matter at what hour I attempt to log on. I've driven down to Cotonou to see if things work better here in the capital, and slowly the messages I've written are getting out. I don't know what will happen for the rest of the week, though. I've been trying to write many of you and I pray that the e-mails do get through to you!

Jeff had a great time at the West Africa Summit. It appears there may be more volunteer help coming here to West Africa as a result! Praise God! We're still waiting to see you here!
