Dear Prayer Partners,

We heard from Kari late last night. She had arrived in the USA, but her

luggage hadn't! Her brother, Kevin, and many friends were present at the

airport to welcome her. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Monday and Tuesday were tough days for us all as Kari made her final

preparations for departure in-between countless visits from friends. We

left her off at the airport Monday night around 9:30 p.m. Tears were

flowing. Tuesday was difficult, but as soon as I heard her voice on the

phone, joyful and excited, my heart was at ease.
